Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our fast-growing Defence & Aerospace team. Based in Bangalore, the ideal candidate will be responsible for selling HCL software solutions to clients within the aerospace and defence vertical. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of our products, and the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships while traveling extensively across the territory. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate the value proposition of HCL software solutions to potential customers. - Identify new sales opportunities and develop lead generation strategies. - Collaborate with the Vertical Head on business development, account planning, and customer engagement. - Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions. - Maintain thorough knowledge of HCL software products and their applications. - Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets. - Participate in company events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ B-Tech, or a related field. - Total sales experience of 5-7 years, with 3–5 years of relevant experience selling software solutions to aerospace and defence customers. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong customer relationship management abilities. - Ability to work independently and as an effective team member. - Willingness to travel extensively for account coverage.
