Sales Enablement Specialist
Qualitia Software
Job Description
About Qualitia Qualitia is a world-leading technology product company and a pioneer in scriptless, AI-native test automation. For over 15 years, we have helped some of the world's most demanding organisations ship software faster and with confidence. This includes top global banks, leading insurance companies, and stock exchanges.
Our flagship product, Qualitia Boson, is the world's first AI-native, self-healing test automation solution purpose-built for Salesforce. Boson eliminates the pain of script maintenance, enables one-click test generation, and empowers teams to move at the speed of business. We are headquartered in Pune, India, and we are on a mission to change how the world thinks about quality.
About the Role We are building a Client Success function at Qualitia, and the Client Enablement Lead is the first and most critical hire in this journey. As the Client Enablement Lead, you will be the person who defines what great enablement looks like at Qualitia. You will work directly with users at new and existing client organisations who are getting started with Qualitia Boson, guiding them from day one through to the point where they are doing in-sprint automation confidently and independently.
In-sprint automation is the core value Qualitia Boson delivers, and your job is to make sure every user gets there. This is not just an individual contributor role. Over time, as you settle in and the team grows, you will hire and lead a team of Client Enablement Specialists who will work under your guidance.
You will shape how they work, what good looks like, and how the function evolves. For now though, you will be in the field yourself, doing the work, learning what it takes, and building the playbook from the ground up. What You'll Do In the near term, you will be hands-on across a portfolio of users.
As the team grows, your focus will shift progressively towards leading, coaching, and scaling the function. Own the enablement journey for your users. Understand the workflows and journeys they want to automate, the complexity of their environment, and what success looks like for their teams.
Work alongside your users, not just from a distance. Help them build test cases, develop an automation-first mindset, and gain the confidence to work within sprints. Track progress with intent.
Monitor each user's development across in-sprint automation, automation-first approaches, and overall capability with Boson. Know when someone needs more attention and act on it. Build the playbook.
Document what works, capture learnings, and develop the processes, templates, and best practices that the team you build will eventually run on. Be the product's eyes and ears. Monitor and record Qualitia Boson object imports using the standard template and report findings to the Engineering team through the defined process.
Collaborate closely with the Client Engagement Lead and Community Lead. Share user insights regularly: who is progressing well, who is struggling, and what patterns you are seeing across accounts. Stay current and share what you know.
Keep yourself updated on best practices, smart approaches, and learnings from across projects. Internal knowledge sharing will be a cornerstone of how this team operates. Learn the domain.
Make an effort to understand the industry context of your users. The better you understand their world, the more useful you will be. Collaborate with domain experts where needed.
Be persistent. Getting quality time with users, even the busy ones, is part of the job. Do not let it slip.
Hire and develop your team over time. As the function grows, you will bring in Client Enablement Specialists, onboard them well, and set them up to succeed. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who has the right instincts and the experience to back them up.
This is a role that requires both hands-on capability and the maturity to build something from scratch. People-first: You genuinely love helping people grow and get better at things. This is not a nice-to-have, it is the foundation of the role.
Problem-solver: You see problems clearly and find practical, creative ways to solve them without waiting for someone else to hand you the answer. Testing and automation background: You have a background in testing or test automation. You do not need to be a coder, but you understand how automation works and can speak the language of QA teams confidently.
Extrovert: You enjoy working with people, build rapport naturally, and bring energy to your interactions. Self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity: Once you understand the goal, you go after it. You do not need constant direction and you are comfortable operating in a space that is still being defined.
Builder mindset: You think about what you are building, not just what you are doing today. You document, systematise, and create things that others can learn from and build on. Organised: You can hold multiple users and priorities without losing the thread on any of them.
Qualifications 5 or more years of experience in software testing, QA, test automation, or technical customer success Prior experience in a lead, senior, or mentoring capacity is strongly preferred Familiarity with Salesforce or Salesforce testing is a meaningful advantage Experience building or contributing to processes, playbooks, or training programmes Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Willingness to travel to client locations as needed What It's Like to Work Here Qualitia is a flat, free culture where outcomes matter more than hierarchy. We give our people real ownership and the freedom to decide how they get things done. As the Client Enablement Lead, you will have a direct line to leadership, a genuine say in how this function is built, and the space to do it your way.
If you are someone who is energised by building from the ground up, takes pride in the success of the people around them, and wants to grow into a leadership role as the team scales, this is a role worth getting excited about.
