About the Role We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Sales Lead to drive sales and grow our client base across corporates, industries, and institutions in Ahmedabad. This is a role built for someone who enjoys building meaningful business relationships and closing deals that matter. You will have real ownership of your accounts and the space to build your territory on your own terms.

Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities across corporate, industrial and institutional clients Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement stakeholders Manage a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets Represent Aura Workwear at industry events and client meetings What We're Looking For 3–8 years of B2B or corporate sales experience Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently Ahmedabad based candidates preferred About Us Aura Workwear is a specialist uniform brand supplying manufacturing units, industrial facilities and pharmaceutical units across India with high-quality, professionally designed workwear.
