This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in IT sales, client acquisition, and international business development. You will gain hands-on experience working with global clients and receive structured training in sales strategies, client communication, proposal development, and negotiation—laying the groundwork for a successful career in business development.

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn. Assist in drafting business proposals, client responses, and professional communication for prospective clients. Support lead generation activities, including email outreach, follow-ups, and nurturing potential leads.

Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to understand client requirements and ensure effective communication. Maintain and update lead and client information in CRM systems. Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and overall business growth objectives.

Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of company services, sales processes, and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory). Self-motivated, quick learner, and comfortable using modern sales and communication tools.
