Job Title: Sales Intern Location: Lower Parel & Vashi, Mumbai – On-site Employment Type: Internship (Full-time) Internship Duration: 3 Months (High chances of a full-time role based on performance) Experience Required: Minimum 1 prior internship (preferably in SaaS Sales or recruitment/staffing sales) Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on interview performance) About Arcitech AI Arcitech AI offers a collaborative and innovative work environment with strong growth opportunities. Role Overview As a Sales Intern at Arcitech AI, you will support the sales and business development team in driving lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth.
This role provides hands-on exposure to SaaS sales, market research, and client acquisition while working closely with experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities Support lead generation through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking Conduct market research and competitor analysis Assist in pitching products/services to prospective clients Support in client communication and follow-ups Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets Key Skills: Strong interest in sales and business development Basic understanding of SaaS sales and B2B sales Familiarity with business development and sales tools (LinkedIn, CRM tools, lead generation platforms, etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment Proactive and target-oriented mindset Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed) At least 1 prior internship experience (preferably in SaaS Sales or Business Development) Candidates with exposure to the recruitment or staffing industry, particularly in recruitment sales for staffing firms, will be an added advantage What We Offer Hands-on experience in SaaS sales and business development Exposure to real-time client interactions and sales processes Opportunity to work closely with an experienced and dynamic team Global exposure by working on international markets and clients High chances of a full-time role based on performance during the internship tenure
