Sales Coordinator

About the Role: We’re looking for a sales professional with a strong design sensibility, someone who understands materials, aesthetics, and spatial thinking, and can translate design intent into meaningful solutions for clients. This role sits at the intersection of design thinking and commercial strategy, working closely with architects & interior designers to bring design-driven concepts to life. Key Responsibilities : ● Understand client briefs from a design and functional perspective, not just a sales requirement ● Present products, finishes, and solutions with a clear design narrative and technical understanding ● Prepare quotations, proposals, and project scopes aligned with design intent and budgets ● Actively track leads, follow up on specifications, and close opportunities ● Represent the brand at design meetings, site visits, and industry events Required Skills & Experience : ● 2–5 years of experience in sales with a design background ● Education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field ● Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and spatial applications ● Confident presentation and interpersonal skills ● Comfortable working with drawings, mood boards, and technical documentation ● Software Skills : Auto CAD , Google SKP , Presentation design tools ( Slides , Canva ) , Ms Excel What We’re Looking For: ● Someone who speaks the language of designers while thinking commercially ● Genuine interest in design, materials, and craftsmanship ● A collaborative mindset with ownership of outcomes
