We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our New Delhi branch. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be able to manage enquiries in a professional and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective learners.
• Understand candidate requirements and provide accurate information about our learning programs.
• Guide candidates through the enquiry and enrollment process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Update and manage enquiry records using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Respond to enquiries received through phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in customer support, telecalling, sales coordination, counselling, or inside sales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
