About The Product: We at iRage are building the fastest, most reliable low-latency platform for retail traders. Arrow Trade is not just another brokerage. It’s institutional trading infrastructure rebuilt for serious retail traders. Backed by 16 years as an HFT proprietary trading firm and trusted today by 30+ mutual funds for execution – iRage has designed Arrow Trade around one core advantage: Execution Speed! We’re still in the earliest stage of building the platform’s go-to-market engine. That means acquisition channels, on-boarding systems, positioning, integrations, launch campaigns, and analytics infrastructure are all being created right now. This role is for someone who wants to operate like a builder, not just execute tasks. You’ll work directly with leadership, product, and engineering to design how Arrow reaches traders, API users, and partners across India and help shape the systems that scale it. Location: Chandivali, Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Channel Development & Execution • Identify and activate early user acquisition channels • Build outreach playbooks • Work with engineering on API documentation, on-boarding flows, and developer experience • Track channel performance: CAC, conversion rates, activation metrics and iterate quickly Product Launch & Positioning • Help shape product positioning and messaging with the product & leadership team • Launch features and API tiers with go-live campaigns • Create marketing collateral, explainers, and use case documentation Systems & Operations • Build the early GTM infrastructure: CRM, analytics, user tracking, etc. • Create repeatable processes for user on-boarding, support, and feedback loops • Track KPIs: funnel stages, cohort retention, feature adoption, etc. • Document playbooks and SOPs so they scale when the team grows Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with product, engineering, and operations on launch timing and priorities • Share learnings from users with the product team; advocate for user needs • Support the leadership team with GTM metrics, strategic decisions, and competitive intelligence • Coordinate with finance on partner agreements, referral structures, and discount programs Requirement Specification (Qualifications & Experience): Required: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline • High ownership mind-set: you move fast, take initiative, and don't need constant direction • Generalist temperament: you're comfortable working on multiple business legs • Bias toward action: you'd rather ship an imperfect version and iterate than aim for perfection Good to have: • Startup or early-stage company experience • Trading / fintech background (you understand the user, competitive landscape, and pain points) Skills: • Ownership: you own outcomes, not tasks • Intellectual curiosity: you ask 'why' and dig into data • Scrappiness: you ship with what you have and optimize later • Empathy: you genuinely care about user experience and trader success • Resilience: early-stage GTM is rejection.
