Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships, and driving enrollment for the Centre's educational and training programs. Additionally, the role includes conducting market research, preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team to enhance visibility, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
The Sales Associate will be pivotal in fostering partnerships with organizations and individuals aligned with the Centre’s mission of sustainability and environmental education. Required skills 2-4 years experience in sales and client relationship management The ability to meet or exceed targets Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing sales data Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to present effectively Knowledge of business development and collaboration with marketing teams Proactive approach with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Preferred skills Prior experience in edtech is a strong advantage Familiarity with sustainability, ESG practices is an advantage Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
