Retreat Manager Led the end-to-end operations of a wellness retreat facility, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning and delivery of a high-quality guest experience. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field 5-8 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in wellness retreats, boutique hotels, or resorts Strong understanding of wellness and holistic health practices Proven leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience managing P&L and operational budgets Ability to work in a residential setting in a semi-rural location Passion for wellness, sustainability, and guest-centric service Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Preferred Qualifications: Experience in yoga retreats, meditation centers, or wellness resorts Knowledge of Ayurveda, naturopathy, or holistic wellness practices Certification in hospitality or wellness management
