Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven decision-making. This role requires deep expertise in Excel, strong cross-industry business understanding, and working knowledge of modern technologies including Python, BI tools, and emerging AI systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions to translate business problems into actionable insights, scalable solutions, and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities Business & Strategic Analysis Understand and analyse business processes across multiple industries and domains Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and revenue growth Translate business requirements into structured analytical frameworks Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and modelling Data Analysis & Reporting Build advanced Excel models (financial models, forecasting, dashboards) Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across sources Technical & Analytical Work Use Python for data analysis, automation, and basic scripting Apply JavaScript (basic/intermediate) where required for integrations or tooling Understand and work with database schemas (SQL, relational databases) Collaborate with engineering teams on data pipelines and structures AI & Innovation Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, insights, and automation Understand and explore use cases of Agentic AI in business workflows Identify opportunities to integrate AI into business processes Stay updated with emerging trends in AI and analytics Stakeholder Management Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and technical teams Gather and refine requirements through effective communication Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Manage multiple stakeholders and align expectations Requirements Core Skills Advanced MS Excel Business Acumen Analytical Thinking Problem Solving Technical Skills Power BI SQL / Databases AI & Future-Ready AI Tools & Platforms Agentic AI Understanding AI Workflow Integration Soft Skills Stakeholder Management Communication Presentation Adaptability Ownership Educational Qualifications Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience in a relevant industry and similar role Certifications in AI, Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Python (Preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience working across multiple industries (consulting background is a plus) Prior experience in data-driven decision-making roles Exposure to automation tools or low-code platforms Experience in AI/ML-driven projects is a bonus Benefits Opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced engineering IT organization.
