Restoration/Construction Project Manager

Job Description Job Description ERCS is hiring a Project Manager to oversee residential restoration projects. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in residential construction or restoration and can manage multiple job sites across King County, Pierce County, and nearby areas. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations on residential job sites Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members Maintain project documentation and manage permits as needed Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and ensure proper scoping of work Collaborate with insurance adjusters and ensure all estimates align with project goals and compliance standards Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction or restoration Proficiency with Xactimate and experience writing restoration estimates Experience in fire, water, or mold restoration is required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to travel daily to job sites Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills (email, reporting, scheduling tools) Preferred: Certifications such as IICRC, OSHA, PMP, etc.

Bilingual a plus Compensation: $75,000 per year Full-time position
