Construction Senior Project Manager

Job Description Job Description Project Manager. Individual must have a field experience in ground up construction management from sitework to final inspection. Candidates with a 4 year degree in Engineering or related Construction Management field are preferred.

Individual must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. This position requires strong computer skills (Microsoft office suite products, Procore etc.), strong organization vision with an ability to oversee multiple projects. We require this individual to be a team builder, who works well with others and represents the company image and standards with Clients.

Must have a minimum 3 - 4 years of related project management experience. Duties include, working with Superintendents, Quality Control and Safety personnel, reviewing critical project metrics, submittals, RFI's, purchase orders, contracts, change orders and modifications, letters, scheduling activities, coordination meetings and much more. Individual must be energetic and positive with a can-do attitude.

Must pass drug and criminal background checks. This job will involve some travel to visit out of town jobsites. Company Description This company is a privately owned general contracting firm that has been in business for over 38 years.
