Steel Project Manager (Hendersonville)

Key Responsibilities: Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment within budget Lead weekly project meetings with stakeholders Manage project scope, schedules, contracts, and compliance requirements Coordinate with clients, fabricators, vendors, and site teams Track progress, costs, and timelines; provide regular updates Handle RFIs, RFQs, and change orders efficiently Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 10 years of construction/steel erection experience PMP certification Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum) Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, and WBS
