Our solutions span mobile, CDIT devices, UPI, instant EMI, and unique features like instant cashback and pre-reserve journeys Job Purpose Ensure the merchants assigned in the geography deliver the GMV targeted by constantly transacting using Benow application. To ensure that Benow is the No.1 or No.2 payment solution provider for Affordability transactions across all merchants assigned. Role and Responsibility: To visit assigned merchants as per beat plan and report on daily basis. Build and maintain good working relationship with merchants assigned, that fosters sales. Persuade merchants and their teams to use Benow Application for their Affordability transactions and get 50% of their counter share Handle the Merchants Objections, Concerns to their satisfaction and ensure that they continue to use Benow App at their stores day after day, month after month Meet GMV targets Gather market intelligence & share with Sales Leaders Educational Qualification - Any Graduate Skills and Experience: 2-4 years of hard-core field Sales experience (hunting or farming) in B2B businesses purely focused ON Retail Merchants/General Trade in Telecom, Banking, SAAS, POS businesses in an individual contributor or Team Lead role with the below skillsets Good Interpersonal Skills Very strong Communication skills – Including Spoken English Highly Confident & Assertive Ambitious & Self Driven – A High Achiever with proven Results in the jobs he has undertaken Good Negotiator – understands numbers easily and has sharp commercial acumen Willing to travel extensively across the state.
