We arecurrently seeking an experienced Registered Nurseto provide clinical support to the team at BethanieDalyellup Aged Care Home.

This roleis available on a casual basis.

AboutYou

  • Currently registeredwith the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency(AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
  • Current CPR(HLTAID009) Certificate (or willingness to obtainone)
  • Relevant clinicalexperience in an aged care environment is an advantage, but isnot essential
  • Ability to workindependently and professionally
  • Ability to motivatestaff and promote a positive work environment
  • Strongwritten and verbal communication skills and ability toconfidently use clinical information systems
  • Willingness to upholdthe Mission, Vision and Values of The BethanieGroup
  • Willingness to obtainrelevant vaccinations (minimum of one covid and annualflu)
  • Current NDIS WorkerScreening Check (or willingness to apply for one)

TheRole

  • Takeimmediate action to ensure nursing care is delivered in a safeand effective manner, while providing direction to EnrolledNurses and Care Workers
  • Complete assessmentand / or admission requirements
  • Maintain an effectivereferral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and / orallied health staff
  • Ensurethat clinical records reflect care, in line with allaccreditation standards and legislativerequirements
  • Provide mentoring andtraining to employees where required
