The Group Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and finance functions of the business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting management with cash flow planning and business analysis. Key Responsibilities

• - Prepare and maintain daily accounting records and general bookkeeping
• - Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• - Prepare cash flow projections and assist with cash flow management
• - Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
• - Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
• - Assist with budgeting and financial analysis
• - Liaise with external accountants and auditors
• - Support management with general finance and administrative duties
• - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements

• - Minimum 3 years' accounting experience
• - Proficient in MYOB
• - Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
• - Experience in cash flow forecasting and financial reporting
• - Audit experience will be highly regarded
• - Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• - Ability to speak Cantonese will be highly regarded
