THE ROLE

• Provide safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care while leading and supporting the care team around you.
• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care that keeps residents’ health, wellbeing, and dignity at the centre.
• Lead and support care staff, ensuring practice is within scope and standards are upheld.
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure safe and compliant medication management.
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement and clinical governance.
• Maintain your own professional development and currency within your scope of practice.

ABOUT YOU

• Must be available and flexible to work AM, PM and night shifts Monday to Sunday.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no conditions or undertakings).
• Experience in aged care or with elderly people (highly regarded but not essential).
• Confident clinical leadership - you're comfortable guiding a care team and holding the standard.
• Strong communicator - clear, respectful, and consistent with residents, families, and staff.
• Comfortable with basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Proof of working rights in Australia.
