What you'll do:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with Altaira/client policies, ANMC standards, and professional codes

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans to optimise client outcomes

Coordinate, implement, and evaluate care plans and service outcomes

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client needs and review care

Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely clinical documentation

Practise safely within scope, ensuring accountability and adherence to policies and procedures

Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through continuous professional development

Provide leadership, supervision, and support to Enrolled Nurses, PCAs, and volunteers

Assist with staff orientation, training, development, and performance support

Support student placements and induction of agency staff

Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives

Communicate effectively with clients, families, staff, and management

Escalate incidents and ensure timely reporting in line with client requirements

Act as senior nurse on shift when required, including emergency response

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and Work Health & Safety standards

Undertake additional duties as required within scope of role.
