Registered General Nurse Full-time, 36 or 48 hours per week £20.3 per hour , paid breaks Job Description: Skycare is a leading healthcare provider in the West of London, dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and private homes.
You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and provide ongoing support and treatment. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting initial assessments of patients' health and medical histories - Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans - Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs and progress - Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families - Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records - Adhering to all healthcare policies and procedures - Maintaining a safe and clean working environment - Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities Qualifications: - Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) - Valid NMC UK PIN number without restrictions - Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered General Nurse - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients, genuine interest in working within a care home setting. - Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed - Clear DBS And 2 satisfactory references - Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice Benefits: We are very proud to offer the following: Ongoing personal development plan and career progression Company Pension Scheme Friendly Working Environment Excellent career development opportunities Full time and part time opportunities Permanent contract Paid breaks on 12-hour shifts Day & Night shifts available Funded DBS check Discounts on shopping, holidays, cinema, dining, days out and much more Refer a friend scheme Free parking is available.
