Are you passionate about business expansion and building strong partnerships? We're looking for a Regional Manager – Growth to drive franchise expansion across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new franchise opportunities in the assigned region.
• Lead end-to-end franchise expansion activities, from prospecting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential franchise partners.
• Conduct impactful business presentations and lead strategic meetings with prospective investors.
• Achieve regional franchise growth targets as an individual contributor.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise expansion or business development.
• Prior experience in the preschool or education franchise industry is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and build lasting business relationships.
• Strong business presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working as an Individual Contributor (IC).
