About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and media-savvy PR Manager to lead brand communication, media relations, and reputation-building initiatives for clients across industries. The ideal candidate understands agency ecosystems, can craft compelling narratives, and knows how to drive visibility through strategic PR campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with client business goals Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and industry networks Draft press releases, media pitches, leadership articles, and communication materials Manage brand announcements, launches, interviews, and media coverage opportunities Coordinate with internal creative, content, performance, and social teams for integrated campaigns Monitor media trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry conversations Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required Track campaign performance and prepare PR reports with measurable outcomes Support award nominations, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership initiatives Requirements Strong media network and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Experience handling multiple brands or clients simultaneously Understanding of digital media, influencer ecosystems, and brand storytelling Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience in integrated marketing or digital agencies Familiarity with startup, tech, lifestyle, or consumer brands Media monitoring and PR reporting tools knowledge Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
