This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing residential portfolio while helping shape the systems and processes needed to support continued growth. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team, including ownership and finance leadership, where your voice and expertise will directly influence how the portfolio evolves.

What’s in it for You A high-performance, team-oriented environment that values accountability and results Direct exposure to ownership and strategic decision-making A growing portfolio where your ideas and systems can shape the future Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and full employer-paid benefits A workplace that takes pride in quality, responsiveness, and tenant experience Your Responsibilities You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of property management, including leasing, tenant relations, and day-to-day operations across a multi-building portfolio You’ll design and implement preventive maintenance programs, ensuring buildings are proactively maintained and compliant You’ll manage vendor relationships, holding contractors accountable to quality, timelines, and cost expectations You’ll monitor property performance, supporting budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting alongside leadership You’ll represent the organization in tenant matters, including notices, renewals, and Landlord and Tenant Board proceedings when required Skills and Qualifications 10+ years of progressive residential property management experience across multiple properties or buildings Proven experience managing large portfolios, including maintenance programs and vendor oversight Strong knowledge of the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act and LTB processes Experience using property management systems such as Yardi Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage tenants, trades, and stakeholders effectively Valid Ontario driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle Note from the Hiring Manager “We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and knows how to run buildings the right way.
