Program Manager – Reverse Logistics Location: Delhi NCR/ Pune Role Overview: Xpressbees is looking for a driven Program to help strengthen and scale our reverse logistics operations. This role sits within the business/operations team but works closely with product, technology, and network teams to improve the end-to-end reverse logistics experience. Reverse logistics includes the entire lifecycle of a returned shipment—from customer pickup, QC checks at pickup, movement through the logistics network, and return back to the seller.

The role will focus on identifying process gaps, benchmarking against industry best practices, and driving product and process improvements to enable efficient and scalable reverse operations. Key Responsibilities: • Analyse existing reverse logistics processes and identify inefficiencies, operational gaps, and product limitations. • Work closely with product and technology teams to design and implement improvements in reverse logistics workflows. • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to identify best practices and innovation opportunities in returns management. • Translate operational challenges into clear product requirements and process improvements. • Drive data-driven decision making using operational metrics such as return rates, pickup success rates, and network efficiency indicators. • Collaborate with operations, network, field teams, and sellers to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and product features. • Track the impact of improvements and help scale reverse logistics operations effectively. Experience: • 3–7 years of experience in operations, product, consulting, or supply chain roles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose operational challenges. • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, tech, operations). • Ability to convert operational insights into product and process improvements. • Prior experience in e-commerce logistics, supply chain, or marketplace operations is a plus. • Immediate/short notice joiners preferred
