Project Manager

Project Manager – Marine Processing Delhi / India Fish Co. We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the development and execution of a greenfield Marine Processing Project in near Delhi. If you have experience in setting up and managing industrial or processing facilities and enjoy working across stakeholders, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do ? * Lead end-to-end execution of the marine processing project * Identify and evaluate land for project setup * Liaise with government departments for approvals & clearances * Coordinate with consultants, contractors & vendors * Drive on-ground execution, timelines, and compliance Who We’re Looking For? * Experience: with at least 5 year experience in a role of Project development or in manufacturing/processing Industry. * Education : At least a Graduate (Engineering / B.Tech / diploma holder preferred though not necessary) * Experience in project development / basic understanding of machines/technology/ Industrial processes and importantly execution is more important * Familiarity with land identification, acquisition & regulatory processes * Strong communication & stakeholder management skills * Willingness to travel * Hands-on, problem-solving mindset Bonus Points * Prior Experience in fisheries, marine, or food processing sectors will be of help.
