Role Description As a Product Manager focusing on Growth & Optimization at LivSYT, you will be instrumental in enhancing and refining our existing product features to maximize user adoption, engagement, and overall business impact.

This is a hands-on role where you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of specific product initiatives, working closely with design, engineering, and data teams. You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO), gaining direct mentorship and strategic guidance while taking increasing ownership of execution and iteration. What You'll Do: Own the Lifecycle: Take charge of specific product features, from detailed problem definition and solution design to launch and continuous optimization. Deep Dive into Problems: Collaborate closely with the CPO to understand high-conviction problem statements. Conduct thorough user research, competitive analysis, and data exploration to uncover nuances and define precise user needs.

Collaborate on Solutions: Work hand-in-hand with our talented Product Designers to translate requirements into compelling and user-centric designs, iterating based on feedback. Drive Execution: Partner directly with Engineering teams throughout the development process, ensuring clear communication, effective backlog management, and timely delivery of high-quality features. Champion Data & Instrumentation: Ensure robust analytics and A/B testing frameworks are built into every feature, enabling effective tracking of performance.

Analyze & Optimize: Post-launch, relentlessly monitor and analyze feature performance data. Identify opportunities for improvement, propose data-driven optimizations, and drive subsequent iterations to maximize impact. Influence & Communicate: Clearly articulate product vision, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders, fostering alignment and shared understanding.

Grow Your Craft: Benefit from direct mentorship from the CPO, gaining insights into strategic product thinking, decision-making, and leadership, preparing you for future growth within LivSYT. Qualifications 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of shipping successful features. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Mix panel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL basics).

Demonstrated ability to translate high-level problems into detailed, actionable product specifications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

A proactive, growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn and take ownership. Specialization in AI: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data requirements for AI models, and the unique challenges of building and launching AI-powered products. You should be able to articulate technical requirements to engineering teams working on AI solutions.

Design-Centric Approach: A keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, and demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with Product Designers to create intuitive and delightful user interfaces. You should champion design thinking throughout the product lifecycle.
