The role involves planning, coordination, and delivery of projects with strong governance, stakeholder management, risk control, and timely execution aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1.

Project Planning & Scheduling Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies Manage baseline plans and track progress Monitor deliverables using standard tools 2. Stakeholder & Communication Management Coordinate between business, IT teams, and vendors Conduct project meetings and status reporting Maintain communication plans and documentation 3. Risk, Issue & Change Control Maintain RAID logs and manage escalations Evaluate and track change requests Monitor impact on scope, timeline, and cost 4.

Budget & Resource Tracking Track budgets, utilization, and forecasts Monitor vendor invoices and payments Support resource planning 5. Testing, Go-Live & Handover Coordinate UAT and go-live readiness Ensure smooth handover to support teams Support post go-live stabilization 6. Quality & Documentation Governance Maintain project documentation as per standards Support audits and compliance Drive continuous improvement initiatives KRAs & KPIs: 1.
