About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EMS projects for Tier 1 customers, ensuring seamless coordination across development, production, and delivery.

This high-pressure role demands a proactive leader fluent in cross-functional communication, with a strong focus on schedule management and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage EMS projects end-to-end to meet customer demands and expectations. Handle skillful schedule management for project development, shipment delivery plans, NPI, and MP fulfillment.

Coordinate entire project lifecycle, including material/production, logistics operations, and RMA management. Develop and execute EOL mitigation plans. Drive cross-functional communication and coordination (internal and external) with Tier 1 customers.

Required Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of experience in the Networking industry, Network product manufacturing, or Telecom companies. University Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering. PMP certification.

Fluent in Hindi and English (Speaking Punjabi is an advantage). Excellent advanced Excel skills. Proven ability to thrive under constant pressure with a proactive attitude.
