Production Manager - Apparel SCM

Key Responsibilities: 1. OTIF Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of apparel & accessories products to meet customer requirements, achieving OTIF targets. 2. Garment CMT: Well-versed with Cut-Make-Trim (CMT) processes, ensuring efficient production planning and execution. 3.

Garment Costings: Analyze and manage garment costings to optimize production costs, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. 4. Identification of New Production Facilities: Research and identify potential new garmenting production facilities to expand capacity, improve quality, and reduce costs. 5. Coordination with Buying Teams: Collaborate with Buying Heads to understand customer requirements, negotiate prices, and ensure smooth production planning. 6.

Coordination with Buyers and Vendors: Liaise with buyers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, resolve quality issues, and negotiate prices. 7. Vendor Negotiations and Contracts: Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. 8. Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and minimizing waste. 9.

Quality Control: Work closely with Quality teams, monitor and control quality standards throughout the production process to ensure compliance with customer requirements. 10. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity. 11. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Knowledge and Skills: Apparel Merchandising (Domestic-Woven), Vendor management , Good Understanding of Crafts, Printing techniques, Dying knowledge, Natural Fabric Knowledge, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills IT Skills-, Good command on MS office, Fabconnect and other software's Interested candidates please send resume at [email protected]
