Job Description
We’re seeking a Product Manager who will drive product strategy and execution while serving as the critical bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders. In this role, you’ll own the product vision and roadmap for RIA’s product portfolio, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and leverage customer insights to shape our product offerings. A key aspect of this role is identifying opportunities to enhance and AI‑power our products, ensuring RIA remains at the forefront of innovation.
You’ll also translate these complex technical solutions into compelling sales collateral and business narratives that resonate with prospects and clients. This is a multifaceted role combining strategic product thinking, data‑driven decision making, and hands‑on creation of sales enablement materials to ensure our products align with market needs and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Management Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for RIA’s product portfolio Identify and prioritize opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into existing products and new product development Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction Gather and synthesize customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation Work closely with delivery teams to ensure product capabilities align with market positioning Track product performance metrics and market trends to guide strategic decisions Sales Enablement & Marketing Develop comprehensive sales collateral including brochures, case studies, solution overviews, whitepapers, and competitive positioning documents Create and maintain presentation material for various audiences (C‑suite, technical buyers, procurement teams) Conduct product demonstrations for prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders Craft compelling product narratives that highlight business value and ROI for RIA Products Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer‑facing materials for proposals and demonstrations Build and maintain a library of reusable content assets for the sales organization Cross‑functional Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, sales, marketing, and executive leadership Translate complex technical concepts into business language for non‑technical stakeholders Partner with solution architects and technical leads to understand product capabilities and roadmaps Support business development efforts with technical insight during client engagements Facilitate alignment between product development priorities and revenue goals Required Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B enterprise software or professional services Proven track record creating effective sales collateral and marketing materials Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and practical experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into product offerings Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for different audiences Experience translating technical features into business benefits and customer value propositions Demonstrated ability to work effectively across technical and business functions Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field U.S. citizenship required Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise software products or data analytics platforms Familiarity with the utilities, banking, or healthcare sectors Background in consulting or professional services environment Experience with product marketing tools and CRM systems Hands‑on experience with AI development tools, frameworks, or AI‑powered product features Key Competencies Strategic thinking with tactical execution abilities Strong business acumen and market intuition Technical curiosity and ability to quickly grasp complex solutions Exceptional communication, storytelling and content creation skills Collaborative mindset with ability to influence without direct authority Self‑starter who thrives in dynamic, growth‑oriented environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
