We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of an internal collections platform. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, owning the journey from 0→1 product development (MVP) through scaling and optimization. Role & Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an internal collections platform Lead 0→1 product development, including MVP definition and iterative scaling Act as Product Owner: manage backlog, write user stories, set priorities, and run sprint ceremonies Drive Agile/Scrum execution to ensure high-quality, high-velocity delivery Translate business needs into technical requirements and platform capabilities Build and manage integrations with internal systems and external vendor platforms Define and track KPIs (e.g., agent productivity, recovery rates, cycle time, cost efficiency) Use data insights to continuously refine roadmap and improve outcomes Develop business cases and prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact Partner with operations, engineering, compliance, and external stakeholders Communicate roadmap, progress, and results to leadership Skills Product Management + Product Owner hybrid experience 0→1 product development (MVP to scale) Agile/Scrum leadership Roadmap planning and prioritization Strong technical proficiency (APIs, integrations) Tools: Splunk, Datadog, Swagger, Postman Data analysis and KPI definition Stakeholder management Business case development Experience in fintech / debt collection / financial services (preferred) About us: Moodys NWC is a result-driven management consulting firm headquartered in the Seattle metropolitan area.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $130,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $160,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors including market location and may vary depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
