Basic Purpose: The Product Development Manager, in partnership with the Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer, will drive brand and company valuation through short and long term innovation, renovation and optimization across the Table Trust Brands portfolio. This role will manage the innovation and renovation product development and commercialization activities and assist in innovation concept development, consumer research, and co-manufacturing process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage innovation and renovation product development and commercialization activities Assist in new products concept development Collaborate with cross-functional team to optimize existing processes Support consumer research activities Performs other duties, as assigned Minimum Requirements: BS/BA in food science, food technology, chemistry, or related field Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in developing and commercializing meat products; kosher meat experience a plus Expertise in experimental design, process development, troubleshooting and technical data analysis Knowledge of food safety and regulations and quality assurance practices Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Highly motivated self-starter and able to work independently Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Capable of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team and outside partners Strong project management and organizational skills Advanced in PC skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Hybrid work arrangement considered.
