Responsibilities

  • Understands and defines requirements with the business area, translating user needs into detailed specifications.
  • Writes clear, actionable user stories and test scripts for the Squad.
  • Monitors execution and actively participates in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Communicates the product vision to development and testing teams.
  • Builds use cases and manages user stories, views, and process flows.
  • Questions and validates definitions presented by the business, ensuring they meet real user needs.
  • Explains how requirements can be implemented from a functional perspective and drives/improves the user experience.
  • Documents confirmed business processes to serve as a reference for development and IT support.
  • Applies compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, ensuring SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up to date.
  • Understands the company’s IT systems portfolio, specializing in specific applications, and develops product/BPM expertise.
  • Supports and/or facilitates system demonstrations through inspection-and-adaptation workshops as needed.
  • In partnership with the Product Owner (PO), maintains a deep understanding of business processes and requirements to ensure the Squad’s backlog priorities align with business needs.
  • Anticipates 2–3 sprints ahead, ensuring each feature has a clear definition of "done" and meets the readiness criteria to enter the sprint.
  • Helps manage dependencies with other squads, working closely with the PO, peer product analysts, and the Product Manager.
  • Tracks metrics and builds reports to measure progress.
  • Applies business process improvement methods for optimization.

Requirements

  • Senior‑level experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
  • Profile and attitude: autonomy, proactivity, and the energy to drive end‑to‑end deliveries. Seeking someone with the initiative to remove obstacles and take ownership from day one.
  • Communication: an essential soft skill for the role. Must be clear and fluent when communicating with various commercial areas and different stakeholders, translating business contexts into objective directions for the Squad.
  • Location (hybrid model): on‑site at the São Paulo office 2–3 times per week, since the business team is based there and values in‑person interaction.

    Residency in the city of São Paulo is required.

  • Language: intermediate English, used primarily for documentation.
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Differentials: Spanish. Business experience in a pharmaceutical or health‑care company. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
