(gsicargo.com) , (gsicargo.com) Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage the Sea Export Department across Pan India operations Handle Sea Export bookings including: o Break Bulk Shipments Bulk Cargo Conventional Cargo FCL (Full Container Load) LCL (Less than Container Load) Coordinate effectively with shipping lines, overseas agents, and international freight forwarders Negotiate competitive freight rates and long‑term contracts with shipping lines Maintain strong working relationships with shipping lines and global agents Ensure strict compliance with shipping line policies and international trade regulations Oversee customer service, grievance handling, and escalation management Manage CRM systems , customer retention strategies, and repeat business Mentor, guide, and develop team members; build future leaders Achieve revenue targets and organizational goals aligned with company strategy Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive client engagement Monitor order schedules, cut‑off dates, documentation accuracy, and shipment tracking Demonstrate strong understanding of: o Technical aspects of Sea Export operations o Global shipping routes and vessel networks Work closely with senior management to support growth and operational excellence Key Skills & Competencies · Strong command over Sea Export operations In‑depth knowledge of shipping line pricing, procedures, and international logistics Proven leadership and team‑building skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Strong customer‑centric and solution‑oriented mindset Experience working in a structured organization Collaborative team player with strategic thinking Strong analytical and operational decision‑making skills Candidate Profile · Minimum 10 years of experience with international freight forwarders or shipping lines Proven managerial experience in Sea Export operations Experience in building, mentoring, and scaling teams Strong desire for career growth, leadership development, and continuous learning Long‑term mindset to grow strategically with the organization What We Offer Opportunity to work with a fast‑growing, technology‑driven logistics company Senior leadership role with career advancement opportunities Exposure to global trade lanes and international operations Supportive, ethical, and team‑oriented work environment How to Apply Interested candidates may apply by sharing their resume at: [email protected]
