Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai (Andheri East) for a Presales Engineer. The Presales Engineer will support technical scoping, proposals, and bid management across our service lines. Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, including crafting compelling proposal documents, responding to tenders, responding to RFPs, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales with technical presentations and solution walkthroughs for VAPT, SOC, and Compliance offerings
• Understand client requirements and map them to the right service/solution
• Assist in scoping VAPT and SOC engagements to support effort estimation and pricing
• Support compliance proposals (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.)
• Prepare and manage tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and SOWs
• Analyze bid requirements and coordinate with internal teams for inputs
• Draft, review, and refine technical and commercial proposals
• Maintain technical collateral (brochures, methodology decks, sample reports)
• Track bid timelines and ensure timely submissions

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience of pre-sales in cybersecurity, IT, or related technical field
• Basic understanding of VAPT, SOC operations, and compliance frameworks
• Strong written communication and proposal-drafting skills
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple bids/timelines
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
