We are currently seekingPlant & Equipment Administratorto join our team in Waterford. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Log all plant and equipment details accurately into the tracking system Receive purchase requests for new equipment or replacements and raise purchase orders, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and procurement guidelines Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather specifications and requirements. Liaise with equipment suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate favourable terms Maintain comprehensive documentation of all equipment-related activities, including purchase orders, testing reports, and location changes Work closely with various departments to gather equipment usage data and future requirements.

Identify opportunities for process improvements in equipment management Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in equipment tracking and administration Key Skills and Competencies: Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or inventory/asset management role (plant, equipment, fleet, or similar physical asset environment preferred) Proficiency with tracking/asset management systems or databases (or strong general IT skills) Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders across departments The ability to prioritise and manage deadlines To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
