Plant Engineer

Location - Bengaluru & Vadodara Plant maintenance professional specializing in CMMS/EAM-driven asset data management, digitization, document control, and lifecycle data governance. Manage and govern engineering data and documents (Drawings, P&IDs, SLDs, Datasheets, Vendor Docs) across the asset lifecycle. Leverage CMMS/EAM/ERP systems for asset data management, and master data optimization. Ensure data integrity, standardization, and classification of equipment in line with asset hierarchy and taxonomy frameworks. Drive digital document control—ensuring all engineering data is current, accessible, version-controlled, and audit-ready. Execute spares and material data management within CMMS/EAM, supporting maintenance & reliability decision making. Utilize digital tools and data platforms for engineering data consolidation, validation, and reporting. Support end-to-end data management across Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance phases. Apply document control procedures and data governance standards to ensure compliance and traceability.

Perform data analysis and reporting using MS Excel and other digital tools to support decision-making. Exposure to document/data management systems, AI (LLM & SLM) digital twins, or asset information systems is an added advantage. Experience Range- 3 to 7 years Must have proven experience working in any of below sectors: Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, large power plants (generation side) or Fertilizer unit Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, I&C (no other discipline)
