Engineer - CAD Design Engineer (Creo)

Job Opportunity: CAD Design Engineer (Creo) Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–5 years in Creo / Pro-E Qualifications: BE in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years’ experience, OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) with 5–7 years’ experience Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CAD Design Engineer with hands-on expertise in Creo and Windchill . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing products, modifying mechanical components and assemblies, and ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with product requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop part models and assembly models using Creo (v5 or higher).

Create detailed engineering drawings for release of the parts and assemblies. Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) . Design and modify sheet metal parts and steel fabrications .

Apply GD&T and adhere to engineering drawing standards. Work within a PLM environment (Windchill preferred). Understand and manage EBOM, PBOM, SBOM structures.

Ensure design documentation and release processes are followed. Perform basic DFA/DFM/DFS analysis . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D modeling.

Conduct design calculations to validate engineering solutions. Required Skills & Competencies 3–5 years of experience with Creo5 or higher . Minimum 2 years of experience in sheet metal design and steel fabrication .

Strong knowledge of fabrication processes . Familiarity with design release workflows . Ability to work collaboratively in a PLM environment .

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
