The company's mission is to create a universe of equitable GPU access for all. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing hardware systems.

Day-to-day tasks include circuit design, creating innovative hardware solutions, managing electronics hardware design for various projects, and ensuring reliable and effective performance of hardware components. Key Responsibilities Build and test aerospace hardware prototypes from scratch Work on electric propulsion systems, BLDC motors, ESCs, and power electronics Design and fabricate lightweight structures using carbon fibre, aluminium, and advanced materials Integrate avionics, sensors, PCBs, and flight systems Work on helium airship systems, gas storage, and structural integration Rapidly troubleshoot and improve designs during testing cycles What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on hardware building experience Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and aerospace fundamentals Experience with fabrication, composites, machining, electronics, or propulsion systems Comfortable working in fast-paced R&D environments Builder mindset — you prefer creating solutions instead of waiting for them
