ABOUT SKILLCIRCLE

SkillCircle is a fast-growing EdTech company helping students build industry-ready careers through programs in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, UI/UX, AI, and emerging technologies.

We are looking for a Placement Manager who can build strong corporate relationships and drive quality placement opportunities for our students.

\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, recruiters & hiring partners.

\n

• Generate internship and full-time placement opportunities for students.

\n

• Manage the complete placement cycle — job sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers & joining.

\n

• Organize placement drives, virtual hiring events & corporate interactions.

\n

• Guide students on resumes, interviews, communication & career readiness.

\n

• Work closely with trainers and internal teams to improve student employability.

\n

• Maintain placement data, recruiter database and prepare MIS/reports.

\n

• Achieve monthly & quarterly placement targets and drive repeat hiring partnerships.

\n

REQUIREMENTS

\n

• 2–5 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Business Development.

\n

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.

\n

• Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills.

\n

• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination abilities.

\n

• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills.

\n

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace & CRM tools.

\n

• EdTech/Education industry experience will be an added advantage.

\n
