Role Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketer to manage and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, increase ROAS, and maximize revenue. You will work closely with our creative, eCommerce, and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance, landing pages, and the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS.
• Develop customer acquisition and retargeting strategies.
• Optimize campaign performance using Meta Pixel, GA4, and Conversion API.
• Conduct audience research and build high-performing campaign funnels.
• Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
• Execute A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing ₹5 lakh+ monthly advertising budgets.
• Good understanding of Shopify, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Conversion API.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and optimizing performance.
• Experience running eCommerce campaigns for D2C brands.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, or D2C industry is an advantage.
