How you’ll contribute TheOperations Manager is a key player in our store who serves as a leader for the customer facing team. With empathy, they are committed to listening to customer requests and, with empathy, helping them get the job done with the right tools and equipment. Directly reporting to the store manager, the Operations Manager provides guidance and coaching to the on‑site staff while collaborating with the store manager on strategies to grow the business.

Responsibilities include: Works closely with the Branch/Hub Manager to develop annual plans and strategies to grow the business. Assists the Manager to coordinate daily activities for the team. Responsible for training, development, coaching and engaging employees.

Fulfills the same duties as the Sales & Rental Associates/Coordinators when needed. Maximizes each sales opportunity with every customer either in person or on the phone. Resolves issues with the team.

Monitors inventory and ensures that the right equipment is available at the right times. Oversees the quality of the product and merchandising for the location. Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table Post Secondary education preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of rental or related experience 2 years of Supervisory experience is preferred. Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.

Strong leadership, influencing, communication and organizational skills. Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Flexibility, ability to multi‑task and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Excellent decision making and problem‑solving skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
