The Operations Manager, Global Command Center is responsible for the real‑time operational oversight of enterprise systems and services, ensuring rapid detection, coordination, and resolution of technology incidents. This role leads the day‑to‑day execution of alert monitoring, helping to support incident response, and escalation management, including the activation and leadership of incident bridges for high‑impact events.
