Operations Manager Location: Ernakulam Experience: 3–5 years of experience in travel/tour operations Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field Industry: Travel & Tourism We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to handle day-to-day tour operations and ensure smooth execution of travel services. The candidate should be capable of managing teams, coordinating with vendors, and delivering excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end tour operations (domestic & international) Plan itineraries including hotels, transport, and sightseeing Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction Handle customer issues and operational challenges Monitor tour costing and control expenses Lead and support the operations team Prepare reports and track operational performance Requirements Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and travel portals Team handling and leadership skills
