Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Manager – Operations to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels, influencer campaigns, partnerships, and user engagement programs.

The ideal candidate is an MBA graduate with 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, growth marketing, or digital marketing. The candidate should possess strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations Plan, coordinate, and track marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and offline channels.

Create and maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and performance dashboards across all activities. Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities and deliverables. Coordinate with design, content, product, technology, and other internal/external agency teams.

Influencer & Creator Management Manage influencer onboarding, campaign execution, and reporting. Coordinate deliverables, timelines, contracts, and campaign performance tracking. Maintain creator databases and campaign documentation.

Scout and manage deliverables with external partners and creator managers. Campaign Management Execute user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns. Monitor campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Track budgets, invoices, and vendor performance. Data & Reporting Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Monitor CAC, conversion rates, user engagement, retention, and ROI metrics.

Work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities. Process Improvement Build and optimize marketing workflows and SOPs. Implement tools and systems that improve operational efficiency.

Ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and timelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with Product, Tech, Customer Support, and Business teams to execute campaigns effectively. Coordinate launch plans for new features, partnerships, and initiatives.

Required Qualifications MBA in Marketing, Business Management, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing and Campaign Management. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and marketing analytics. Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills Experience in consumer internet, dating, social media, lifestyle, or startup ecosystems. Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and CRM tools. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and performance marketing metrics.
