Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator to join the dynamic marketing team at ATLAS Fuel Australia Pty Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Kwinana Beach, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing, coordinating and executing our marketing and digital content strategies.

You will support the marketing team in creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. This position is integral to enhancing our market presence and driving customer engagement within the fuel and energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and creation of digital content for website, social media, email campaigns and marketing materials
• Coordinate and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and responding to enquiries
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from conception through to completion
• Assist with the creation of marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, newsletters and promotional materials
• Help manage the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate and optimised for search engines
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
• Assist in the coordination of events, sponsorships and promotional activities
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance metrics and analytics
• Support the development and maintenance of marketing databases and customer communication lists
• Liaise with external vendors, designers and agencies as required

What we're looking for

• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in a marketing support or coordinator role, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge
• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design software)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative content
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Preferred: Experience in the fuel, energy or related industries
• Preferred: Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
