Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and client-facing ERP Consulting professional to support enterprise clients in their ERP transformation and digital modernization initiatives. The role requires strong business process understanding, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise applications. The candidate will work closely with CXOs, business leaders, finance teams, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to advise on ERP strategy, process transformation, system implementation, governance, and optimization initiatives.

The role is suitable for professionals with a blend of consulting, business process advisory, ERP implementation, and transformation program management experience. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Transformation Engage with clients to understand current business processes, operational challenges, and transformation objectives. Advise clients on ERP transformation strategy, operating model redesign, and digital enablement opportunities.

Lead ERP assessment, roadmap definition, solution evaluation, and implementation advisory engagements. Conduct process discovery and gap assessment workshops across functions such as: Finance & Accounting Procurement Supply Chain Manufacturing Sales & Distribution HR & Payroll Project Management Recommend process improvements and ERP-enabled best practices. ERP Consulting & Solutioning Work with ERP implementation teams and business stakeholders during various project phases including: Requirement gathering Solution design Functional specifications Configuration review Testing support User acceptance Go-live readiness Post-implementation stabilization Provide functional guidance on ERP products such as: SAP S/4HANA Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP Cloud Microsoft Dynamics 365 Other enterprise ERP solutions Review ERP configurations from a business process and controls perspective.

Stakeholder & Program Management Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Lead client meetings, steering committee discussions, and transformation workshops. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, IT, system integrators, PMOs, and external vendors.

Support program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and change management activities. Drive executive-level communication and status reporting. Process & Controls Advisory Assess business processes, internal controls, and governance structures within ERP environments.

Advise clients on process standardization, automation, and control optimization. Support integration of compliance, audit, and risk considerations into ERP transformation programs. Business Development Support Participate in proposal development, solution presentations, and client pursuits.

Support practice development initiatives, capability building, and thought leadership activities. Required Skills & Experience Functional & Consulting Skills Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and ERP-enabled operations. Experience in ERP transformation, implementation, or consulting engagements.

Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and manage client relationships independently. Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent workshop facilitation and communication capabilities.

ERP Exposure Hands-on functional exposure to one or more ERP platforms: SAP S/4HANA Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience may include: ERP configuration exposure Functional consulting Process mapping Testing/UAT support ERP controls and governance Implementation lifecycle participation Preferred Domain Experience Experience in one or more industries: Manufacturing Retail & Consumer Pharmaceuticals Automotive Technology Services Engineering & Infrastructure Educational Qualification CA / MBA / BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent qualification preferred. ERP certifications will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile 5โ€“15 years of relevant consulting or ERP transformation experience.

Prior experience with consulting firms, Big 4 firms, ERP implementation partners, or large enterprise transformation programs preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment. Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.

Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
