Job Description
Primary Responsibility Partnership Growth: Identify potential FinTech/NBFC partners, initiate relationships with key stakeholders, and pitch RCPL’s value proposition. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of RCPL’s product suite and articulate these solutions to partner management. Commercials & Approvals: Calculate returns (ROI) for proposed relationships, close commercials, and prepare formal proposals for committee approval.
Documentation: Handle the end-to-end process of preparing Term Sheets, finalizing negotiations, and executing legal agreements. Implementation: Design SOPs and lead implementation meetings to ensure effective TAT (Turnaround Time) management. Project Handholding: Provide initial support during the rollout phase and ensure a seamless handover to routine business departments post-stabilization.
Operational Excellence: Identify and eliminate program hurdles through internal negotiation; serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for escalations. Monitoring & Review: Maintain data for weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews and coordinate day-to-day operations with partners. Relationship Management: Visit partner locations to understand evolving needs and explore new product opportunities.
Tech & Cross-Sell: Engage with stakeholders for Tech integrations and identify cross-selling opportunities for other Ratnaafin departments. Desired Skills & Qualification Education: CA or MBA Experience: 3–4 years in NBFCs or Banks, specifically managing FinTech/NBFC relations will be preferred. Executive Presence: Prior experience dealing with senior management.
Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of Product, Credit, and Operations to resolve complex issues. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Tools: Expert in MS Office Suite .
Knowledge of Google Sheet scripting/VBA is a major plus. Regulatory Savvy: Thorough understanding of RBI guidelines for NBFCs, Banks, and FinTechs. Mindset: Highly reliable, high integrity, and an ability to understand innovative financial products.
