Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager Location: Kolkata About the Job Our client is looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to build, scale, and manage our influencer ecosystem. The ideal candidate comes from a D2C or beauty brand background and understands how to turn creators into long-term brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Identify, onboard, and manage influencers (nano to macro). Build strong relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.

Negotiate commercials, contracts, and deliverables. Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions). Manage influencer seeding, PR kits, and gifting campaigns.

Work closely with content, performance marketing, and brand teams. Stay updated with social media trends and new creator formats. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferably in D2C / Beauty / Lifestyle brands).

Strong network of influencers and agencies. Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and short-form platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Understanding of metrics, UTM links, affiliate models, and ROI. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Good to Have Experience with creator marketplaces/tools (Winkl, OPA, Qoruz, etc.).

Knowledge of paid collaborations and barter campaigns. Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, or fashion. Why Join Our client?
