Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern Location: Trinity Towers, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata Entity : Ashika Stock Services Ltd. Internship Duration: 3 months Stipend: ₹ 5,000 per month + Incentives Role Responsibilities Pitch our partner program to potential applicants, explain its benefits, and coordinate follow-ups and meetings with interested candidates. Support business development by identifying and generating leads for financial events, seminars, and networking opportunities Research and track relevant industry events where the company can participate or represent Leverage social media platforms to identify trends, engage audiences, and support employer branding initiatives Maintain candidate and lead databases in an organized manner Coordinate within the team for ad hoc support required by sales team and related activities Role Requirements: Strong communication and persuasion skills Interest in sales, business development, and client interaction Active on social media with good knowledge of current trends Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms Proactive, confident, and eager to learn Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Prior internship or experience in sales/business development is a plus Website: https://www.ashikagroup.com/
